8060Z CNC Machine
$3,199.99
The 8060Z is a desktop CNC router built for the demands of competition-robot fabrication — milling, drilling, contouring, and routing across aluminum plate, Delrin, polycarbonate, PCB, hardwood, and SWYFT Composite. It ships nearly turnkey: connect it over USB to a Windows PC running Mach3, fill the spindle's coolant loop, and start cutting.
- Rigid frame — 6061-T5 extruded-aluminum construction on C7 ball screws (X/Z 1605, Y 2005) running on chrome-plated shafts and linear bearings, 25 mm on X and 16 mm on Z.
- Water-cooled spindle — a quiet HF water-cooled spindle spinning 3,000–24,000 rpm, in 1500 W or 2200 W depending on variant, with an ER16 collet (3.175 mm and 6 mm).
- Two work areas — a compact 575 × 375 mm or the full-size 790 × 580 mm of cutter travel.
- Optional 4th axis — add a rotary axis for engraving and machining cylindrical parts, up to 110 mm turning diameter at 60 mm center height.
- Ready to run — USB control and limit switches are built into the machine, and automatic tool-length checking works off the probe in the box; every machine ships with a control box, tool package, four clamps, that probe, a water pump and cabling.
